WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU TO SIGN THE LEASE
- At least one month's rent for deposit. Other month for Sec Dep due prior to move in.
(Sorry, no personal checks for pre-move in funds, but accepted after move in)
- License or valid photo ID
- Copy of a recent payroll stub or other proof of income
